Description
Owning, developing, implementing, and executing strategic digital marketing plans for the assigned business line(s) in order to attract new customers, broader the wallet of and retain existing customers.
Participation as an extended member of the business line(s) and working teams, and developing deep line of business knowledge.
Managing and professional growth of junior marketing staff.
Managing of other cross-organizational team members, indirectly, in order to execute marketing plans and strategic initiatives.
Exploring business needs; gathering the relevant insight from key markets and stakeholders and developing innovative digital marketing solutions including proper documentation.
Influencing business leadership and senior stakeholders on goal-setting, expectations, and digital marketing project prioritization.
Maintaining a strong digital presence through online advertising, search engine optimization, social media, and other relevant channels in order to drive incremental traffic to and business through the website.
Leading digital market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services and a deeper understanding of customer expectations.
Managing and liaising with media partners and advertising agencies, identifying higher impact strategies.
Engaging with Teachers senior/executive management to share results of marketing plans and strategic initiatives.
Maintaining awareness and point-of-view around the industry and competitive digital marketing and educating business leaders on new digital marketing capabilities.
Understand digital trends and experiences in financial services and other industries from a consumer standpoint.
Help guide the organization on Data privacy landscape, an understanding of how Teachers will be impacted and a look future state.
Develop actionable marketing plan, KPIs and roadmap to meet the business goals.
Perform additional duties as required.
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Digital/Mobile Marketing with a focus in Strategy and consumer dynamics/trend.
Knowledge/Experience with Drupal, Google Analytics, and Conductor.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage P&L objectives.
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strengths in PPT.
