Responsibilities: I Tax Compliances (i) Accurate and timely statutory filings and reportings (ii) Provide accurate timely data for statutory reporting, fiscal reporting etc. (iii) Fulfil requests from regulatory tax authorities and provide support during fiscal audits (iv) GST reconciliation, filings and GST audits (v) Income Tax- Return filing, scrutiny assistances (vi) TDS- Reconciliations, payments, return filing
II Payroll (i) Handle end-to-end payroll process (ii) Liason with HR for payroll inputs, prepare payroll registers and disburse payroll (iii) Resolve employee queries on taxes, investment proof, gratuity, PF, etc. (iv) Manage payroll related legal statutory compliances (TDS,PF,ESICPT,LWF minimum wages (v) Process Full final settlements (vi) Vendor engagement management for payroll compliances (vii) Prepare payroll repoting (Headcount, employee wise salary cost, etc.) (viii) Accounting entries related to payroll, employee stock options, compliances in the books of account
III Financials (i) Accurate preparation of financials (ii) Consolidation of financials (iii) Assist in preparing APR report (iv) Assist in preparing MIS and cashflow reports (v) Assist in statutory audits and tax audits
Skills Required: Strong analytical skills Experience working in SAP HRMS tools Good working knowledge in excel Good communication skills Good people management skills Good knowledge on taxes and payroll Ability to meet timelines
