Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling the multiple tasks.
Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills.
Liaise with change management team for smooth release of the changes.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross functional and cross vendor team and deliver to aggregate timelines.
Proven ability to make decision and establish priorities under conflicts demand.
Working knowledge of NAV (Any ERP) preferred.
Should be able to interact with various Regional Business process leads.

Key Accountabilities:

Interaction with Business Users for Understanding Business needs and gathering document.
Facilitating and Conducting workshops with the stakeholders.
Create and develop functional specification document, use case diagram and use cases for new features.
Core model validation (requirement) analysis and Gap fitment.
Support in the design and implementation of a roadmap for a Cluster Rollout project.
Analysing the Gaps, Prepare Gap document, Impact on other system and processes co-ordinating with Business stakeholder for approval.
Develop business cases to assist decision making for the inclusion of features and localisations.
Responsible for Functional testing, providing UAT support and organise a sign-off from customer.
Analyse the cause of defects using causal analysis and put a solution in place.
Create and manage requirement traceability matrix.
Working closely with Customer team to understand their queries on the overall ePuma solution and provide clarification for the same.
Ensuring effective communication between customer and the project team
Offshore-Onsite requirements and delivery co-ordination.
Support in the identification, definition and tracking of the training needs required.
Ensure the business as usual is maintained during the transition and changes are effectively integrated into the business.
Reporting, planning, managing business analysis activities to plan, Managing direct risk/issues with appropriate escalation.
Collaborate with client Business Leads to find alternatives and solutions to business challenges. Engage the business client early and effectively building solid relationships.
