Our client is seeking for an experienced Lead Analyst for support, maintenance and enhancements of existing HRMS systems as part of the Organization-wide digital transformation initiatives!
Skill-set Requirement
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems;
  • At least 3 years of extensive experience in Workday Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS);
  • Must have at least 2-3 full lifecycle Workday implementation experience;
  • Experience in implementation, trouble-shooting and maintenance of HR Information Systems;
  • Sound understanding of HR policy practices, and ability to incorporate and translate them into the HR system;
  • Exposure in User Experience ( UX ) requirement gathering and best practices;
  • Ability to examine issues from a strategic perspective to identify opportunities/gaps;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong in verbal and written communications;
  • Good vendor management, stakeholder communications, and management.

Desirable Skills
  • Experience in Cloud Solution implementation;
  • Knowledge of Human Resource (HR) policies and practices.
Job Responsibilities
  • Part of the post implementation team to support the production pre and post Human Resource (HR) Enterprise system enhancements deployment activities;
  • Assist in identity the potential risk and issues during implementation, troubleshoot (if required);
  • Work with technology teams on possible technical solutioning on various interfaces touch-points and system re-configuration required for each sub-department localization needs;
  • Gather the core requirements of each sub-departments and harmonise them onto the overall design ecosystems;
  • Responsible for the uniform user experience of all the human resources process translation into systems solution;
  • Actively and professionally engage different stakeholders in streamlining processes and increase the efficiency;
  • Propose new solutions/directions to improve the effectiveness and efficient implementation.
