Roles/Responsibilities:

Consulting with customer on service request for Content Management

Assisting with provisioning efforts for the supported services

Managing changes in support of customer service request & infrastructure changes patching

Provide backup support for the supported service

Required Qualifications:

Expertise in IBM FileNet P8

Experience in creating FileNet objects through FEM / ACCE.

Expertise in deployments using FDM in performing export /Import of FileNet objects.

Well aware of FileNet concepts and IBM FileNet/ICN administration and supporting the storing / retrieving / managing content and workflows etc.

Expertise in developing and integrating IBM FileNet with upstream systems / applications using CMIS APIs and Customer Component Development

Expertise in IBM Case Manager /FileNet customization and integrating using, J2EE, Web services and deployments

Well aware of the Oracle/SQL concepts

Working knowledge of ICN creating the desktops, repositories, menus and development of EDS plugins in ICN will be added advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills
