PKI Engineer - HSM - Cryptography - Encryption - DV (Eligible)

PKI Engineer required to work for a global technology consultancy, to handle the implementation, administration and management of their Public Key Infrastructure customer services for their defence base client .

Requirements:

Required to exhibit an understanding of digital certificate life cycle management.
Including Key signing Ceremony, certificate issuance, key storage, revocation
Need to understand the Microsoft implementation of PKI (Active Directory Certificate Services) and preferably combined with Gemalto stand alone and networked HSM's.
Understand Microsoft certificate template creation and use.
Have good understanding of cryptographic algorithms used by PKI enabled apps.
Including mechanism for symmetric/asymmetric encryption, digital signing and hashing
Understand the technology of PKI HSM`s. and associated access tokens, PEDs etc.
Certificate Authority, Registration Authority, Validation Authority, Repository
Understand the need for the polices, processes and procedures that are required to operate a successful PKI infrastructure.
Such as Policy Management Authority, Security Policy, Certificate Policy, Certification Practice Statement.
