manage support and monitoring of the banks critical Access Management solutions, synchronisation/provisioning workflows and infrastructure components through the complete IPM lifecycleanalyze recurring failures and events as part of Continuous Service Improvement and eliminate top demands using cutting edge RPA AI toolswork collaboratively with internal/external teams, always focusing on the best approach for the bankmanaging knowledge articles in the knowledge management repositorycoordinate with different internal teams and/or external parties to conduct and manage special events such as BCP tests, infrastructure change weekends, data Centre maintenance, special event daysYour team

Youll be working as part of the TOC IP Security department within Technology Services. Within TOC Security, youll be part of a global Access Management team and responsible for all aspects of production support. The team provides 24x7 support with a follow the sun operating model. Some shift work is to be expected.

Your expertise

minimum of 5 years of IT experience in development or large scale production operations teamsminimum of 3 years of experience in Access Management/ Security IT (eg, Sun/Oracle IDM, Sailpoint, Siteminder, Cyberark)sound understanding of Unix, Windows Database queriessound understanding of Financial domain and Securityknowledge of web and application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat/Websphere), automation/ application development experience, understanding of Agile or any other SDLC methodology would be advantageousa good understanding of ITIL Service Operations process such as Incident Management, Request fulfilment, Problem Management.familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean, Service Management tools (eg: Service Now) for the logging and tracking of incidents, and service requestspreferable tools knowledge: Putty, TOADpreference would be given to candidate who has also worked on Sun/Oracle IDM, Sailpoint, Splunk, AppDynamics, IPSoftAbout us
