Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Sr. Software Development Analyst to support enterprise wide applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and/or modifying enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software for Enterprise Shared Security Services (ESSS). He/she will lead the development and maintenance of the Security Clearance Update System (SCUS).

This position will allow for a virtual/telecommuting employee.

Additional duties include:

Supports the larger technical team in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.

Provides data analysis and supports systems/application integrations. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system.

Documents, oversees, and provides testing to ensure high quality for new releases and little-to-no downtime.

The candidate should possess strong customer service skills for direct interfacing with stakeholders, helping to refine requirements to meet business needs, design solutions, and develop and implement features. They should be flexible with working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Basic Qualifications

In order to be considered, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM related discipline and 9 years of relevant IT professional experience;7 years with a Master's degree; 11 years with an Associate's degree; 13 years with a HS diploma.

Candidates must have at least an Interim Secret level clearance (on path to Secret) in order to be considered

Demonstrated experience with full stack web development

Demonstrated experience programming in Java, T/SQL, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, and CSS

Experience using version control (Git)

Preferred Qualifications

Secret Clearance

High level of experience programming in T/SQL

Experience using JBoss Developer Studio and/or Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platforms

Experience developing Java Server Page applications

Knowledgeable regarding clearance processes or tools

Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment

Experience using Agile Management Tools, such as the Atlassian Suite or Azure DevOps

Salary Range: 114300 - 171500

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
