Due to the onboarding of a further 3 high profile MSP wins the IT Talent division of Reed Talent Solutions have an opening for a Trainee IT Talent Delivery Specialist/IT Recruitment Resourcer to join our Manchester team. Working in support of 2 Principal Consultants the opportunity focusses upon the attraction, sourcing and delivery of specialist IT contingent workers for prestigious public and private sector managed service clients. No new business required! Your sourcing toolkit will include a world class candidate database, access to leading job boards and LinkedIN which will be used alongside your ability to build and develop specialist talent pools in line with customer requirements. Whilst previous recruitment/talent experience would be useful we are open to backgrounds in customer service, sales or retail for example. It is your aptitude, enthusiasm, motivation to smash targets and exceed SLA'S that is the key.
