Position Summary

The database support specialist will own the day-to-day management and reporting of all sales and marketing data. Responsibilities will range from:

monitoring and distributing lead data to our insurance agent partnerstracking and reporting on various agent recruitment campaignspulling target lists for ongoing mail and email communicationsmaintaining the health and accuracy of our diverse consumer and agent databasesdeveloping detailed sales reporting to track performance of teamsupporting the ever-evolving needs of the sale and marketing teams

Our marketing and sales data is the backbone of our success. We re seeking an Excel-savvy, detailed oriented data enthusiast to join our team and take control of the day-to-day oversight of our lead and customer data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to learn and operate within multiple internal and external data-related systems currently including: ZOHO, SharpSpring, Jotform, Smart Office, Constant Contact, Discovery Data and various carrier systemsManage diverse customer lead programs including import/export, distribution to agents, monitoring disposition activity and redistribution based on set criteria Manage annual retention mailing database by normalizing diverse data from different formatsMaintain a series of data maintenance responsibilities designed to keep our data accurate and freshTrack agent lead progress through the system to ensure engagement and movement from prospect to recruit to active report results regularly to sales teamManage required lead updates within Carrier lead portals (eg, Salesforce, B-Connect, Cavulus)Generate reports for sales team to manage and monitor agent/agency performanceDevelop and manage scheduling/reminder process for agent seminars and tabling opportunitiesOversee and report on webinar registration processReconcile lead status between multiple system Manage all opt out preferences and lists used for emailing, phone, mail, etcConduct ongoing data audits and track performance of marketing initiativesBuild and deploy lead capture forms


Must love working with data!One to two years work experience, and a desire to learn and growMust be proficient in MS Excel including pivot tablesExcellent organizational skills, good numbers sense, and unstoppable attention to detail - Accuracy in work is keyWilling to take on any project and learn new thingsDesire to be a part of a fast-paced environmentProven time and project management, ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlinesAbility to work independently, collaboratively, and reliablyPositive outlook and problem-solving attitude
