Description
Our client is in the forefront of using emerging and frontier technologies to shape the future of the digital world. We are seeking for an experienced Cyber Incident Manager to oversee their cyber incidents and threat management to provide a secure environment.
Skill-set Requirement
- Degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science;
- At least 5 years of working experience in cybersecurity operations environment or security operations environment (SOC);
- Strong hands-on experience on security operations, incident handling, forensic investigation;
- Good knowledge in Operation Systems, Network protocols, Web technologies, scripting and programming;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well with cross-organizational teams;
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
Desirable Skills- Knowledge in telecommunications and media equipment and technologies.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the organization's cybersecurity incident response and threat management;
- Assess, triage, investigate, resolve incidents and threats received;
- Track and manage all incidents from opening to closure and prepare relevant reports for the management;
- Follow standard procedures and ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements or Operational Level Agreements;
- Participate in incident after action review after major incidents;
- Develop secure incident practices, standards, guidelines and solutions towards adopting technical best practices;
- Stay updated on the latest incident management tools and recommend solutions whenever required;
- Be the ambassador and promote security awareness among the organization.
