Responsibilities:-

Develop, review and implement IT policies and systems that will support the business while ensuring compliance with the local laws.Responsible for office's infrastructure, carry out installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, monitoring security procedures,Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.Proactively mitigate risks and fix potential issues before they happen and ensure all systems and services needed for a smooth operation is always readily availableEnsure all staffs workstations are equipped with necessary tools such as proper software, updated patches and licenses to carry out their work efficiently on daily basisConduct maintenance checks on equipment to avoid any undetected hazards and unauthorized installations by staffsMaintain documentation of licenses, catalogue hardware and software inventories, ensuring records are up to date and properly presented.Drive and manage project end-to-end delivery including requirement, design, testing, and deployment.Work closely with project coordinators and engineers to ensure the smooth running of projects through the life cycle.Ensure that the underlining network infrastructure and its associated technologies operate efficiently, perform within agreed targets, and deliver a secure platform for the Company to carry out its business.Source manage and work with the designated vendors to ensure the smooth operations and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, disaster recovery and desktop/laptop computer support. Contribute to the strategic planning, budgeting, development, implementation and enforcement of IT operational procedures, policies and standards associated with cyber security, system capacity planning, backup strategy, system utilization, desktop/notebook computers support and disaster recovery.

Requirements:-

Degree in IT.At least 5 years in IT support-related field of work with relevant technical experience/qualifications.Technical: Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operation best practices ITIL.Technical: An awareness of information security and some practical experience in the overall prevention and response measures of network and system security.Technical: Familiar with the technical characteristics and deployment methods of mainstream network devices, OS and software products.Technical: Review and maintain coding based on evolving operation needs Scripting, VBA, API, EDI.Technical: Worked with Analytics tools, Cloud Technologies, data warehouses and data platforms.Technical: Level 2 IT Helpdesk support experience.Technical: Level 1 Server & Network issue troubleshooting.Project management: Working experience in IT Projects and management accustomed to managing multiple projects at one time with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
