We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our global team of Support Analysts in Singapore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Rosetta, an end-to-end digital asset management and preservation solution for libraries, archives, museums and other institutions. Rosetta enables the safe and secure collection, management, and delivery of all types of digital information, ensuring its preservation for generations to come. The team consists of 5 Support Analysts and is reporting to the Rosetta Technical Support Team Lead.

We have a great skill set in supporting on-premises and cloud installations of Rosetta and we would love to speak with you if you have experience with library standards, XML/XSLT, SQL, bash, Linux.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

. Understanding of XML, HTML, TCP/IP and SQL.

. Knowledge in computers and information systems.

. Experience with Linux

. Education (Bachelor's degree in Science or Business Administration in a relevant field

. Fluency in English

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (system analysis, troubleshooting, debugging code, etc.)

. Ability to learn quickly.

. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

What will you be doing in this role

Be part of a global team of support analysts for Ex Libris Rosetta:

. Perform product configuration based on customer requirements

. Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, and product defects

. Provide technical solutions

. Interact with internal departments (development, etc.) and customers

. Become a knowledge domain expert for Ex Libris Rosetta software

. Provide online and/or on-site assistance and training to customers

About the Team

Our team work closely with Rosetta development team and Ex Libris cloud and DBA support team to provide first class support experience.

Hours of Work

Minimum 40 hours work week - this is a full-time regular and permanent role.
