Most of the working time will be related to:Communication with drivers: registering them in a mobile application, solving current work issuesProcessing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips online or on the phone face-to-faceTracking the quality of the provided serviceParticipation in marketing campaigns outside of the office (flyers, banners, communication with potential partners of the company).
