Job Description:

Responsible for developing and delivering complex software requirements to accomplish business goals. Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces. Familiar with development and testing practices of the bank. Contributes to story refinement/defining requirements. Participates and guides team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle. Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas. Codes solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements. Assists team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work. Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance); Analyzes test reports, identifies any test issues/errors; Triages the underlying cause. Documents and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality. Participates, contributes and can coach team members in the delivery/release (CI-CD) events. e.g. branching timelines, pull requests, issue triage, merge/conflict resolution, release notes. Individual contributor.

We are looking for looking for a talented and highly motivated hands on Feature Lead with 8 - 10 years of technology expertise in solution design, build for data/UI/reporting platforms, implemented scalable test engineering strategies, DevOps processes & tools and demonstrated experience in data science platforms and cloud architecture.

Role Overview:

Enterprise Risk Technology is looking for a replacement to contribute to business mandated Workbench related enhancements supporting Enterprise Credit Risk reporting users, supporting simplification/automation of end to end data sourcing and processing efforts (Opex Idea).

Required Skills:
5+ years of Information technology experience in Application and/or Datawarehouse development3+ years of JavaScript, Node JS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Material UI, React. Web based user services leveraging common frameworks such as Django, Node.js, GraphQL or similar3+ years of experience working with Hadoop big data technologies, such as Hive, Pig, HBase or related technologies3+ years of experience with SQL database systems and database technologies such as Oracle, MSSQL, Cassandra2+ years of CI/CD toolset (Git, Bitbucket/GitHub, Jenkins, etc.) experienceTesting frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, SonarSelf-motivated with organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelinesFacilitate communication, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain agreement between partnersExperience working in an Agile environment, processes with knowledge of software development lifecycleExcellent communication and collaboration skills analytical and presentation skills
