Projects the candidate will be working on:

The candidate will be leading an 8 member team in developing applications onSalesforces Service Cloud and Communities. The ideal candidate will be able to-Work with business stakeholders and translate complex product requirements into scalable technical solutions.Design, build and maintain the Salesforce data model and integrate Salesforce into other external systems using REST APIDevelop Salesforce using LWC, Lightning Aura, Apex, VF, Javascript, jQuery, and other web/integration technologiesRespond to user requests and provide functional evaluations quickly.Own, measure, and maintain the performance of the solution including coding quality, webpage load times, API
response times, etc.

Ideal Background:

Ideal candidates would have experience with leading and building highly customized consumer-facing communities using Aura and LWC frameworks along with hands-on experience implementing CTI and omnichannel setup on Salesforce.The candidate would have also worked with CICD tools and delivery model.


At least 2 full cycle implementations as a team Lead5+ years of hands-on experience on including Service Cloud, Knowledgebase, Communities5+ years of development using Apex, Aura framework, Lightning framework, Web Services, Visualforce, Visualforce Pages, HTML, Javascript, Jquery, CSSLWC/Aura framework: 3+ yearsCustom integrations (REST/SOAP) : 5+ yearsService Cloud (Omni channel/CTI) : 3+ years

Team and Team size:

1 PM, 1 Salesforce Architect, 6 Salesforce Developers distributed onsite and offshore. This team will be working as part of a larger cross-functional project team.

Working Time:

9-5 Eastern Time.

Interview Process:

This will be a highly technical role with hands-on development. The selection process with be 2 rounds including a live coding exercise.1a. There will be 2 rounds of interview. First will be manager tech screen following by live coding interview.1b. Both the interviews will be Video interviews with the second interview needing candidate to live code.1c. Both interviews will be technical. First will be focused on design and solutioning, and the second focus on coding skills and best practices.1d. We can start as early as next week.
