Responsible for entire product life cycle management - development and management of products as per new product/service requirement and enhancement of existing products and features. Also responsible for augmentation of network capacity to meet growing customer needs, new technology introduction, or increasing operational efficiencies, with the objective of ensuring increase in product and service profitability, revenue and market competitiveness; and developing and delivering effective multi product solutions to meet customer requirements. Drive PandL management through product strategy development and manage a group of products within a technology area across multiple regions. Works with the sales team on market strategy, pricing and positioning of the product. Engage and partner with technology providers to recruit new features or new product. Assess performance of product/service portfolio against annual operating plan and discuss achievement of targets with Sales.

Broad outline of the Role

Responsible for 1-2 products within overall product portfolio and drive product lifecycle management for these products. Participate and sometimes lead in all development and management, sales support and enablement discussions with Sales, Customers, Engineering, Operations, Technology and Service Development team. Operational role, responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact on the product Identifies problems, Conducts detailed analysis and provides updates, develop and/or modifies processes related to products lifecycle management without the benefit of defined procedures. Might lead/ mentor small teams for small projects. Work-group/team focus. Education :Graduate in Engineering Experience: 4-8 years in product management, telecommunication operations and/or engineering

Purpose - Broad objective of the role

The main task for this position is for the operational support Process Compliance of GSMA Security Requirements for the entire setup of IT Infrastructure, pre-production and production systems for SIM/USIM and embedded SIM remote management applications deployed in India.

Minimum qualification & experience

Education: Master of Science/Computers (preferred) or Bachelor degree.

Exp : 5 to 7 Years

Other knowledge/skills

Possess self-initiative and able to work independently and collaboratively with people at various levels
Very good in Documentation and deep understanding of Process mapping
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
English speaking

Key Responsibilities

Implement and enforce GSMA SAS security policies
Internal and external security Audit compliance & participation
Maintain Risk Management planning
Manage Versions, anitivirus, software versions with latest patch updates
PEN and Vulnerability test co-ordination, fixing and testing
Co-ordinate with vendors for the supply of latest firmware, software and applications
Follow-up with CRQ (Change Requests) and compliance
Maintaining and updating technical documents, procedures, Forms and Registers with proper version control
Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and yearly mandatory activities as prescribed by GSMA
Support for Vendor Management, Purchase requests and compliance

Technical Competencies

Possessing knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux etc), telecommunication, applications and software, network connectivity and database (MySQL, PostgresSQL, etc)
Experience in supporting similar Audit and Compliance
