10+ years of hands-on experience as a database developer in MS SQL Server and/or Oracle.Strong RDBMS skillsSQL querying, writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, views, user privileges, object privileges, etc.Phenomenal strong data analysis and design skills.Has done performance tuning of stored procedures and queries.Knows ETL processes to load large volumes of data at speed, e.g. SQL Loader, BCP, SSIS.Good Knowledge of SSRS Reporting services.Comfortable working on Windows servers and writing windows batch programs.Has experience in Linux environment and knows basic Unix commands.Experience working with team in Agile methodologyKnowledge of Python is nice to have.AWS Cloud experience is a plusStrong data analysis skills, design, and coding experience in Financial Industry preferably in Capital Markets/Prime Brokerage.5+ years working in financial industry is a plus.Understand glossaries and terminologies in financial industryKnowledge of accounting concepts is nice to have.Prime Brokerage application development experience is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.Motivated and able to deliver end to end solutions.Good communication skill to both technology folks and business partners.Quick learner, adaptable, has the right demeanor to work across teams to find and deploy solutions.Committed to timely and quality deliverables.Champion of being a teammate
