Be a leader in innovation and disruption and explore industry best practices, new tools and technologies that will solve business problems.
Partner with IT and Business partners to develop deep understanding of their processes and systems. Own the end to end delivery of automations starting from requirement analysis to production deployment & hypercare.
Adhere to COE governance methodology and partner with IT Infra/ infosec teams to ensure security, risk and compliance requirements are met in design.
Conduct workshops and identify areas for robotic process automation, test automation, process mining, conversational bots etc. Establish pipeline and define roadmap for automation
Lead the intake of opportunities and perform suitability analysis, collect metrics and benefits data to determine prioritization across business and IT functions
For Process automation, document the as-is process state, analyze & identify gaps and propose changes for optimization. Socialize the To-be state and get alignment with all IT and Business partners. Build the detailed design for the automation with input/output criteria, logic, system accesses, error handling , test scenarios, alerts, reporting dashboards etc.
For Test automation, partner closely with IT product management teams to plan for regression testing and create plans for build and execution of test scripts. Document the test steps, assertions and reporting criteria.
For Process Mining, partner closely with business teams to identify the end to end process steps. Work with IT PDM to identify the data flow across the systems. Define the process model and the key metrics/KPIs to be built. Facilitate continuous process monitoring through the tool.
Perform knowledge sharing with automation engineers to ensure design and business requirements are catered to as part of build. Create test cases, data sets for unit testing and business reviews.Facilitate business reviews and walkthrough with end users
Follow change control processes to ensure appropriate approvals are procured for production deployment. Coordinate smoke testing and handoff to business users
Facilitate resolution of critical issues in production as needed and act as L2 support for complex items. Conduct periodic follow ups with business to assess the health of the automations and identify areas for improvement.
