Ability to evaluate the requirements in the context of various Snowflake Components and articulate the recommendation
Previous experience working with Data Warehouse and Cloud Technologies, preferably on Azure (cloud) and Snowflake (DWH)
Previous experience in developing ADF pipelines, Azure functions, Azure logic apps, Snowflake stored procedures and Airflow DAGs
Experience with building stream-processing systems, using solutions such as snow pipe.
Strong Agile background
Experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
Must be able to implement DevOps practices for version control, compliance, infrastructure as code, configuration management, build, release, and testing by using Azure technologies.
Experience on third-party continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems is essential.
Job Responsibilities
Implement data migration activities from existing legacy stacks to new stack (Azure, Snowflake)
Implement effective Analytics solutions and models with Snowflake.
Examine and identify Datawarehouse structural necessities by evaluating business requirements.
Assess Datawarehouse implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features.
Recommend solutions to improve new and existing Datawarehouse solutions.
Educate staff members through training and individual support.
Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.
Understand and document data flows in and between different systems/applications
Responsible for preparing functional/technical specs to define reporting requirement and ETL process.
Education level and Type: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required
Work experience:
4years of experience in IT delivering solutions
2 years of experience building Snowflake architecture, data models and snowflake stored procedures.

Experience in Snowflake ComponentsConfiguring virtual warehouses, SnowPipe, Implementing transformations in Snowflake SQL(Snow SQL), Snowflake integration with reporting tools(tableau, ThoughtSpot, etc..), Snow flake stored procedures.
