Course Description
In this collection of lessons, we will learn the fundamental tools, techniques, and workflows for InDesign CS5. It can safely be said that InDesign has established a firm grasp on the graphics industry, excelling with ease in the area of print design. However, in this day and age of the eBook and other electronic publications, InDesign has truly helped pave the way. In this course, we will begin at square one and get you up and running quickly. We will explore the interface together and learn how InDesign sees various types of files, text, and graphics. Once we have the basics down, we will begin to harness the power of InDesign by learning about things like styles, color management, and print preparation.
