Course Description
PowerShell DSC uses a declarative syntax for easy server configuration, but requires a local infrastructure and doesn't scale well. Azure Automation DSC delivers PowerShell DSC as a cloud service, making it more accessible and manageable. This course, Managing Configurations with Azure Automation DSC, starts off by teaching you how to set up your servers to work with Azure Automation DSC. After that, you'll learn how to upload and compile DSC configurations. Finally, the course will wrap up teaching you how to manage the solution using role-based access control (RBAC) and reporting features. By the end of this course, you'll be able to use simple DSC configurations to configure your cloud and on-premises Windows Servers.
