Or do you want to become more productive in your individual role, but you work for an organization that has yet to embrace agile? This course will show you how to apply some of the most powerful agile techniques to your everyday work either as an individual or as a member of a traditional team. You’ll learn how to maximize your daily effort on the tasks that matter the most, better understand how much you can really finish during the day, and create a sustainable cadence in which your work will fit. And, you’ll learn to do this both at the small scale and the large scale, all while building a great product of your very own.
