Krissy Charles-Jones left school with just 2 GCSE's; She then went on to work as a care assistant and went to college, after which she worked her way up and trained as a social worker. At age 21, she became the youngest ever registered home manager for people with learning disabilities. Krissy went onto train as an NVQ assessor, and then trained as an internal verifier followed by a Cert ED teaching qualification whilst also working full time. After she qualified, she then went onto teaching, assessing and verifying in health and social care with Thames Valley University. Krissy worked her way up in the further education sector and got a job as a Training Manager for a care business and quickly identified an opportunity to set up a training business specialising in health and social care.
