External Datawindow - Import File data to Datawindow

1/ Create a text file with tab delimited data

2/ Create datawindow of your own type with datasource as external ( In this example I choose Grid - External, then enter the data types and column names

3/ save this

4/ Now place the data window in any window/userobject

5/ you can import data using dw_1.Importfile("filename with extention(.txt) including path),rownumber in the file from which row you are trying to import data)

dw_1.ImportFile("F:\PB_Practice\ImportFile.txt",2) \

//Since First row having my comments , I am loading data from second row
