It has not been a long time since the release of OnePlus X. But there is much complaint about it. Here I will focus on some common problems and show you how to fix them.

Problem 1: Pay as you go SIM while visiting a different country
Solution: You can download local map data for offline use, Google Map is recommended for you.
Problem 2: SD card problem
Some users report that OnePlus X is not recognisng their microSD card and for that, they can not store data on it. And so far, this problem seems to be widespread and it is growing more concerned.
To be honest, there is no official solution to this issue. Here is a method that some users have tried and find it work. You can have a try- Reformatting your microSD card to the NTFS format. More questions for OnePlus, you can visit: OnePlus Forum
Insert the SD card into an SD card reader. Connect the SD card reader to your computer's USB port. Windows should recognize that you've added a new piece of hardware. View the SD card by clicking "Start" and then "Computer." The SD card should be listed under "Devices with removable storage." Right-click the SD card and select "Format." A new window appears. Select "NTFS" by clicking on the drop-down menu labeled "File System." Format the SD card by clicking the "Start" button. The formatting process should only take a few moments.
Problem 3: LTE support problem
The OnePlus X doesn't support LTE bands 12 and 17. This means that T-Mobile and AT&T customers will be stuck on HSPA speeds in many parts of the US. Sadly, there is not anything you can do about the patchy LTE with the OnePlus X.
A faster browser is needed. You can try Opera, APUS Browser, Chrome Beta, or Link Bubble Browser.
Problem 4: High chance for Data loss
There is a phone, there is a data loss. In everyday life, you can never avoid data loss. For OnePlus phones, you can make a backup for it.
1. To get started, make sure the Wi-Fi connection on OnePlus is activated.
2. Go to Settings > Backup & reset and check Back up my data. Click on Backup account and set Google as the backup account.
3. Return to the Settings menu and scroll to and select Google. Select your Google account and then tap the Menu button. Finally, select Sync now.
Without a backup and want to recover your deleted data from OnePlus phone? You can try OnePlus Data Recovery Mac. Lost or deleted data can be restored by it in a flash.
Problem 5: Weak camera
With a total device thickness of just 6.9 mm there isn't much room for a big camera sensor or elaborate lens array-this one is f/2.2-and cost restraints likely factored into OIS (optical image stabilization) being dropped from the offering as well. In a word, the camera of OnePlus has a difficulty focusing on an object and make the photos blur. As for this, you can download a free photo editing app, such as VSCO. Or, you can use HDR mode. See the contrast bellow.
