In the last few years, we have seen quite significant improvements and enhancements being made in the field of 3D Rendering and 3D Animation. A popular and advanced feature of 3D Rendering is Ray Tracing. There are various dedicated 3D Apps available in the market as well, whose sole purpose is to offer Ray Tracing functionality to the users. Even though Ray Tracing a has a serious drawback of not calculating the total light that is bouncing in between the objects, it is still seeing great response and more and more 3D Animators are turning towards it.

Let me discuss an example here, if you put a white (plain) ball in a room with multi colored walls. This will result in a slight light of the colors of walls, being shown on the surface of the Ball in real life. While in Ray Tracing you won’t find any of these lighting effects on the ball. This happens because in some kinds of rendering the surrounding effects are not replicated which makes the image look like a cartoon.

For this, the industry has come up with a solution, known as Radiosity. Radiosity is undoubtedly one of the most photorealistic rendering engines available in the market, which specializes in treating each object separately, and considers each surface a potential source of light. This will make the lights from wall, reflect on the ball and bounce off of it.

Similarly much other advancement has been made in the field of 3D Rendering and Animations to overcome the limitation that it had a few years back. Due to the immense popularity of 3D Games, Cartoons, Movies and Animations this industry is going towards its peak and it doesn't seem like it is going to stop anytime soon. In addition to being highly loved in entertainment industry, it is equally liked in Corporate Market as well, as more and more businesses are looking to use 3D Graphics to market their products/services. Since 3D Animations make the imaginations come to life, they leave an ever-lasting effect on the potential customers, which make 3D a most attractive form of advertisement in this modern era.

When we talk about 3D Architectural Animation, we can surely say that it is one of the most glowing and promising industry in the world. But in order to keep up with this growing industry, the designer must keep himself up with the latest trends in this industry. More and more architects are hiring services of 3D Animators to create 3D models for their floors and building plans, which show the demand of 3D Animators in the market.

Another industry where you will see extensive use of 3D Animation and Rendering is of Video Games. Video Games and consoles are the best gift you can give to a teen these days. You won’t find a teen that does not play and love any particular game. Gaming is a million dollar industry, and its popularity and outreach is increasing exponentially as the time is progressing. Due to the integration of 3D Rendering, the games have become more realistic and eye-catching which has increased the popularity of this industry ten folds.

India’s animation sector is growing at a rapid pace. Indian animation companies and studios have been moving up the value chain to create their own intellectual property rights.

I agree to these facts. This is a fast growing and has become ubiquitous. I have admired many 3d architectural renderings and was inspired by many. Also had many companies and freelancers to help in my work and recently I was astonished by the efforts of a company called Spacialists lately.
