Hello all, Today we’ll talk about 5G network in India but before to go into discussion I want to ensure that 5G stands for fifth generation, describes the technologies that powers the new types of communication, But before to introducing this topic let me tell about earlier generation of mobile network:
First of all you should know what is the meaning of exactly generation?
Generation stands for Standards of devices and networks that compatible with each other.
#1 First Generation (1G) was weak that’s why they was only used for calling purpose
#2 Second generation’s (2G) was strong than 1G but it was only concerned for messaging and calling not more for data transmission or the mobile Web
#3 Third generation (3G) technology focused on applications in voice telephony, mobile Internet, video calls and mobile TV. 3.5G enhances this further, bringing the standard to the level of low-end broadband Internet
#4 Fourth Generation (4G) is current generation that brings faster broadband connection with awesome experience than their earlier generation. It supports IP telephony (voice over IP), video conferencing and cloud computing, as well as video streaming and online gaming.
#5 Fifth Generation (5G) is future of broadband connectivity about which we’ll talk further.
What is 5G Networking?
Could you imagine if you get a network that transmits data 20 times faster than the current 4G speed in your device? Yes, it’s going to be possible with 5G networking. It means you might be able to download a full-length movie in a matter of seconds. More important, 5G will enable a new wave of ultra-efficient, Internet-connected devices.
5G will enable more powerful services on mobile networks. Real-time gaming on the go, large video downloads and uploads are the first things that come to mind, but the possibilities stretch further beyond that. Self-driving cars, AR (Augmented Reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) also become possible at this high level. 5G will be a much smarter way for devices to access the internet and the rollout has as much to do with the growth of IoT devices as it does anything else. You will be surprised to know that some Asian countries like China, Japan and South Korea have already started testing and developing 5G-related mobile technologies.
Do you not excited to get wireless speeds of 10Mbps to 100Mbps and higher?
When Will you be Able to Get 5G?
While 5G isn't expected until 2020, an increasing number of companies are investing now to prepare for the new mobile wireless standard. We explore 5G, how it works and its impact on future wireless systems.
I’m really curious to know your views.
