The early version of Android N Developer Preview was a sweet surprise. Instant Run & Performance Improvements
The N Developer Preview offer Instant Run and General Build Speed which comes with two new features: Java Compilation & In-Process Index.
Android Studio 2.1 is enabled by default version to reduce compilation time by compiling what is needed. The network said they will also be speeding up build times where converting class files to dex files within in Gradle daemon process will be possible. Thus, developers can have a cost effective processing operation of creating separate dex processes.
