How to use Powershell for Converting EDB to PST

Whenever there is an damage to Server Database, there is also a chance of EDB files being effected. EDB Files in Server Database stores user's information and should be maintained properly. If there is a problem in Exchange Server then we should convert EDB files to PST.
Powershell Scripting tool can also be used to convert EDB to PST for instant conversion. Below are the steps to export EDB data to Outlook:
Launch Powershell in your system and run this command: Add-PSSnapin microsoft.exchange.management.powershell.e2010 command
- Now Create a shared folder, name it and note down its path name
- Go to Powershell and now enter: New-MailboxExportRequest -Mailbox MailboxName -FilePath EnterFilePath
- Replace File Path name and Mail box name to your folder name
- The process will transfer EDB files to Outlook PST
With this method you can migrate exchange server database files to Outlook PST. You need to be cautious while transferring files and remember to take back up of Exchange Server database.
