What new skills can I pursue after a break of 10 years and prior work experience of 5 yrs ?

i have worked as a programmer using VB6 and Sql for two years, then after a break of three years worked as a software Tester (manual) for two year. Now i would like to enter in the IT market again and make fresh start. so what skill sets should i learn to the market. Which fields will be more attractive and well suited if i consider my previous experience or any new field which r easy to enter and progress accordingly. ?
