Since you are currently working within the domain of field operations and maintenance, you have at least three options ahead that you can look at, depending on your interests and aptitude. Telecom field operations and maintenance is highly specialised in terms of the specific set of equipment, technologies and processes that your empoyers work with. That being the case, what additional skills you can acquire depends a lot on what your company needs.
You could look at targeting an operations leadership role, for which you need to focus on leadership and management skills such as project planning, resource management, team leadership, management reporting, and such. You could do courses in these areas on your own, or you could express your objectives to your reporting manager at an appropriate time (such as during your next job performance review). He/she could give you feedback that indicates the organisational readiness for such a move, along with a discussion about further specific opportunities within the same company, and how to train for them.
Another option for you is to move to a lateral role in operations, such as transmission, base station maintenace, broadband-related work, etc. The specific technology brands that your company works with are the most relevant ones in terms of which technology skills to pick up. Once again, it would be your employers who would be best equipped to inform you of demand in those areas, and to train you in those new skills, so you need to have the discussion with them once you are ready to explore them.
The third option is to aim at the network management side of things within the NOC. For this, you would need to strengthen your skills in security, servers and network cabling, switches, and a bit of facilites managment. Again, the specific technologies depend on what your company works with, so once you find that out you can take specialised courses in those areas either with or without your company's help.
