What to Expect from the iPhone 6 - Image 1

The technology industry is the fastest growing industry in today’s world. Every day, something new is invented or more advanced features added to the existing gadgets and devices. Among the major drivers of the growth and changes being witnessed every day in the industry is the mobile phone sector. The sector has been steadily growing and it has come to change the way we are used to things. Apple has been in the forefront of bringing these changes, with among other products, the iPhone series of phones. Only last year, the company launched the iPhone 5. With several advanced features, the device was a great improvement from previous phones in the line. These ranged from the size of the screen, to the feel, capabilities and processing speeds. The iPhone 5 has been in the market for a while now and fans of technology are looking forward to the next in the line. The next iPhone in the series will be the iPhone 6.

The iPhone 6 is surely the next big thing in the market. It is projected that the device will be launched this year (2013) and will go a long way in changing the whole idea of mobile phones. While strongly competing with the Samsung’s S line, it is estimated that the iPhone 6 will be a revolutionary and will take the industry to a whole new level. It is expected that it will have a lot of enhanced features while overcoming the limitations of its predecessor in the series. The following insight sheds some light into the fascinating features that the iPhone 6 is expected to have.

Fascinating features that the iPhone 6 is expected to have

1. Bigger, more powerful and high definition screen

It is expected that the iPhone 6 will have a bigger and more powerful screen. It is also expected that the screen will be curved- according to the concept images of the phone. It will also be thinner than that of the iPhone 5. In contrast to the 1136*640 pixels of its predecessor, it is the projection of many people that the iPhone 6’s screen will have more pixels. With a more advanced screen, it will change the way we are used to watching videos and TV on phone. It will bring with it a better experience that everybody would wish to have. With advanced touch screen technology, it is expected that the screen being larger, it will be fitted in an even smaller casing! Well, that’s fascinating.

2. Silicon Nanowire Battery and Wireless Charging System

If you thought that Apple is unaware of the stress and hassles its customers go through with regard to battery life and cost, then you are wrong. The fact of the matter is that the company is well aware of this fact and the Company will probably bring this to an end with the new re-innovations in the iPhone 6. It is expected that the next iPhone will be installed with Silicon Nanoware Battery with about eighty talk time hours, more than a hundred video playback hours and up to 2000 standby hours! This is around 10 times more powerful than the iPhone 5’s not-so-impressive battery. And what is more exciting is that the battery could be capable of wireless charging! With the use of Near Field Magnetic Resonance (NFMR), the new charging system will allow users to charge their batteries without attaching a cable and to charge more than one i-device at any one given time.

3. Plastic case
It is the expectation of analysts and customers the iPhone 6 will have a new design in a plastic casing. As such it will be possible to see the internal parts of the device from the outside.
4. iOS 7
It’s likely that the iPhone 5s will run on the existing operating system, while the iPhone 6 will run on iOS 7. Recently Apple demonstrated the new iOS 7 interface which had quick access to preferences menu, a popover home screen menu, editing settings like brightness, and contrast right from the home screen. 5. Larger storage

If Apple were to enhance all other features of the phone and not increase the storage, then it would not be worthwhile-in fact, it wouldn’t have taken care of the many of its users who use the phone for many purposes simultaneously such as gaming, watching videos and so on. In this regard, it is expected that the device will have a larger storage than that of its predecessors.

6. Camera
As several android phones, including the Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One and Sony Experia Z, offering Super HD pictures with a 13 Megapixel camera, either the next iPhone will offer the same or it may come up with a better resolution. Nokia Lumia and HTC are currently the market leaders.

So, to all technology fans and customers, check out.
