As a part of an official assignment, I have to import MBOX files into my Thunderbird account. Unfortunately, whenever I attempt to import those files using export import add-on, I see that the import messages from a directory are light grey. I do not know how to fix this problem. I have restarted my system and checked the internet connection. Kindly suggest me a way out from this situation.

1. Select the folder of your choice that has required MBOX files and click OK.

5. Now choose the option Maintain Folder Hierarchy.
6. Click Import to get MBOX files imported to Thunderbird. After it is done, you will get a message. Click OK on the message.
7. Save Report for future reference. Now you have the MBOX files imported into Thunderbird email client.
