Oracle Fusion consists of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Fusion Applications. Fusion Middleware (FMW) consists of oracle application server and other technology products which Oracle acquired like BI, Content Management, SOA, Identity Management etc. FMW depends on open standards such as BPEL, SOAP, XML and JMS. Oracle Fusion Applications on the other hand is Oracle's next generation suite of applications that eventually replace E-Business Suite.
