Fix for MS Outlook 2010 Version:

Go to Start Menu > Run option.
Enter regedit in the Open box.
Press OK and find this subkey:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\RPC

Go to Edit Menu > Click New option.
Click DWORD Value and enter DefConnectOpts without any mistakes.
Hit Enter key and right-click DefConnectOpts then, click on Modify.
Enter 0 in Value data box and finally click on OK button.
