I'm not curious

Should I join company at my hometown paying low salary as Associate Software Engineer?

Posted on: 30 June 19

I am a graduate. I've been placed through campus placement in a small MNC located in my hometown(tier 3 city). I've been assigned post of associate software engineer. During training I've been promised 10,500 per month package. I've done 2 months internship in Cloud Computing and Machine Learning and linux. They will disclose technology on which they will train tomorrow on first day of joining. I've accepted the offer letter informally but not signed yet. Should I improve my skill and look for better oppurtunities or join the job along with learning skill online? If I don't appear on date of joining will it be fine or should I call and inform HR in case I plan to not join the company?

    Anonymous,

I assume you do not have information about what that company does and so you are unable to make a decision about accepting their offer. It's a choice you have to make based on your personal circumstances, and motivation to pursue a career in cloud and machine learning regardless of the effort and risks involved. If you choose not to accept that company's offer the courteous thing to do would be to let them know in advance.
