I would like you to recommend a manual method to increase the size of PST. As the Outlook PST file is full then you can increase the size from registry editor. But proper steps must be followed while making changes in the Registry. You can also try to archive the old data in PST file to free up space in the existing file. Import/ Export method will also work out if you want to move data to any other directory.
